SMALL TOWN RANCH

The small town of Elgin, Texas is on its way to becoming an Austin bedroom community, while proudly maintaining its unique identity. Elgin has one of the most charming historic downtowns in Central Texas, yet it remains largely undiscovered by Austinites looking for a quieter lifestyle and more affordable housing. We’d like to change that, because we believe an injection of Austin into Elgin (and vice versa) would be mutually beneficial. So we went house shopping near downtown Elgin and fell in love with this awesome brick ranch. Great bones, a giant garage, and a full 1/2 acre of land just 30 minutes from downtown Austin – unheard of!
