Tucked into a tiny pocket neighborhood on a quiet, non-through street, this darling 1954 cottage was Amy's first home purchase as a young, single gal. After living in it for eight years before meeting Gary, we decided to keep the home as a short-term rental property. Like Glencrest, this little house hosted scores of Austin visitors, garnering over 100 5-star reviews on Vrbo and Airbnb. In 2021, we decided to re-renovate and sell the property. Its playful "Fab 50s Retro” style and modern sophistication attracted a lot of interest, and this home is now being enjoyed by a new first-time homebuyer.
