GLENCREST VACATION RENTAL

This 1956 home in Austin’s Windsor Park neighborhood underwent a major transformation from its oddly-laid-out original configuration into a roomy, comfortable and stylish mid-century-inspired gem. We took a cramped kitchen layout and an awkwardly enclosed porch and created an open, inviting hangout space with bar seating and expansive views through the house and out to the back patio. Gorgeous original red oak hardwoods run throughout. The décor pays homage to The Live Music Capital of the World, with music-themed artwork including original concert posters from Austin’s 80s/90s scene. This home has hosted scores of Austin visitors, garnering over 200 5-star reviews on VRBO and Airbnb.
